We don’t just want our initiatives to focus on soft and technical skills for employment but also on creative pursuits. We have conducted creative writing workshops led by professionals in the field to inspire and enhance our community members’ writing skills. We will be introducing more creative pursuits in the future.

We have conducted workshops on various skills for professional development, such as emotional intelligence, leadership skills, motivation, and the role of neuroscience in team dynamics. More workshops are on the way.

We have conducted a workshop on how to invest on a low budget, helping the audience understand investment options in Nepal. Future events will include more workshops on personal finance, the stock market and other investment options.

Being digitally aware and learning various tools is essential in today’s world. An essential part of the digital world is AI, and we have conducted skill development workshops on how to use AI for productivity. We have also held workshops on enhancing productivity with tech tools like Notion. Graphic design workshops have been conducted to teach tools such as Canva and Photoshop

Our mission to empower the youth includes helping participants find and enhance their professional journey. We conducted Job Readiness 10, a 3-day workshop in collaboration with Global Shapers, to help Nepali youth with job searching, CV writing, and interview preparation. Our “Career Launch” program includes modules such as LinkedIn Profile Building, Finding Jobs, CV and Cover Letter Writing, Job Interview Preparation, and AI for Job Search Assistance.

We believe that being able to communicate effectively is an extremely beneficial skill for the youth to excel in their professional and personal lives. That’s why we introduced this series, where participants learn various aspects of speaking skills, such as public speaking, verbal communication, voice control, event hosting, conversational skills, and more. In this series, we also cover how to speak confidently without fear and will continue to help you unlock the power of your voice.

A community initiative created to help members become more confident speakers. Not just in English or public speaking, but in various aspects such as voice modulation and different speaking scenarios, both professionally and personally. We offer ongoing slots, so become a club member to improve your speaking skills.
