Confident Steps Community is our core learning community where members gain exclusive access to skill development workshops, receive direct invitations to participate in free weekly sessions, and can benefit from scholarships and other growth opportunities within Confident Steps. As a community member, you join a space designed for learning, progress, and meaningful engagement, where your active participation helps you unlock your full potential.

Here, by applying and becoming a community member, you agree to follow the terms and conditions outlined below. These guidelines are created to ensure a respectful, growth oriented, and supportive learning environment for everyone.

1. Community Membership & Communication
   
   • All community members are required to join the official Confident Steps WhatsApp Announcement Group.
   • Important updates, workshop details, and learning opportunities will be shared through this group.
   • Members are expected to stay informed and follow community announcements.
2. Workshop Participation
   
   • Skill development workshops are conducted every Wednesday on a regular basis.
   • Community members are expected to attend these workshops consistently as part of their learning journey.
   • Active participation is encouraged to maximize personal growth and community learning.
3. Learning Engagement & Activity
   
   • Members are expected to remain active in Confident Steps learning activities, discussions, and initiatives.
   • Passive participation over a long period may result in review of membership status.
   • Community membership is meant for learners who are committed to continuous improvement.
4. Respectful & Harmonious Environment
   
   • All members must maintain a respectful, inclusive, and positive environment during workshops and in community spaces.
   • Disrespectful behavior, offensive language, or disruptive actions will not be tolerated.
   • Differences in opinions should be expressed politely and constructively.
5. Confidentiality & Use of Recordings
   
   • Workshop recordings and learning materials shared with community members are strictly for personal learning purposes.
   • Members are not allowed to share, forward, download, or distribute these recordings outside the Confident Steps Community.
   • Any misuse of recordings or materials may lead to immediate review or termination of membership.
6. Code of Conduct
   
   • Members should communicate professionally and courteously with fellow members, mentors, and facilitators.
   • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct may lead to warnings or removal from the community.
7. Membership Review & Termination
   
   • Confident Steps reserves the right to suspend or terminate community membership in case of repeated inactivity or violation of these terms.
   • Such decisions will be made to protect the quality and values of the learning environment.
8. Recording & Media Use
   • Sessions may be recorded for quality improvement, learning purposes, or promotional use.
   • Screenshots, short video clips, or photos from the sessions may be shared on our official Confident Steps social media platforms and promotional materials.
